Your room is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate the room by 11:00 a.m.

For hygiene reasons, your four-legged friend is not allowed in the beauty centre, indoor swimming pool or dining room. We charge € 10.00 per night without food.

All prices are per person and day. With a new price list, all previous ones lose their validity. Printing, price and typesetting errors reserved.

The price differences result from the different size, location and equipment of the rooms. All other services are the same. The floor plans of the rooms are schematic, small structural changes are possible.

If you book an overnight stay with breakfast, the price will be reduced by € 20.00.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the start of the holiday, any deposit already paid will be available in full for another stay. Up to 15 days before arrival, 40 % of the agreed arrangement will be charged. In case of cancellation at short notice, early departure or late arrival, we charge 80% of the booked arrangement.

Cash, Euro or travellers cheques, EC card, Bancomat, Visa and Mastercard. We grant a 1.5% discount for cash payments.

As a family business, we love children. And that is not only seen with the room price and the children's portions, we offer family-friendly discounts. The following discounts apply to two full-paying adults: 0 to 2 years: free; 2 to 4 years: 80%; 5 to 8 years: 60%; 9 to 14 years: 50%; 15 to 17 years: 40%

The local tax is levied per guest and per night by the accommodation establishments. This amounts to € 1.90. Children under 14 years of age are exempt from paying local tax. The local tax is due upon departure and is shown separately on the invoice.
